Kia Thomas-Laughlin
Accredited Mediator
Kia is a Jimboomba local who is a nationally accredited mediator with a genuine interest and extensive experience in mediation and dispute resolution, working for a number of years as a Youth Restorative Justice Convenor. Having completed her Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice in 2022, Kia has a passion for conflict resolution and working with victims of crime. In her downtime, you will find Kia cooking, crafting or spending time with her family. Committed to professional development, Kia is enrolled to undertake further study in 2026. Kia is a Qualified Justice of the Peace and loves giving back to her community.

Amanda Roberts
Administration Support
Amanda is our administrator extraordinaire. When she’s not working behind the scenes, she’s taking calls and helping our clients understand the process, as well as invoicing, managing the calendar and booking suitable venues. Amanda has many years experience in administration and accounting and is the administrative powerhouse of our business.
